88eb Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88eb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 88eb website and its associated services located at 88eb.io.

By completing the registration process on 88eb, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 88eb Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any way. If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms.

88eb reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

To register and use the 88eb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88eb strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by or associated with 88eb or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 88eb Platform or any related platform under a self-exclusion agreement.

88eb reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of the account pending verification. If it is determined that a user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and deposited funds returned minus any withdrawn amounts.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 88eb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 88eb is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password.
• Restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorised use of your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify 88eb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 88eb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

88eb will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 88eb and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

88eb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your 88eb account balance within minutes of confirmation from your mobile banking provider.
• 88eb does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes on the 88eb Platform and may not be transferred to third parties.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• 88eb reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

All transactions on the 88eb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All amounts displayed on the Platform use the ৳ symbol. Exchange rate losses arising from currency conversion by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

88eb reserves the right to reverse, cancel, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected of being made in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity, and to report such transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

88eb may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 88eb reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotions at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to minimum odds requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited without notice.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, use of irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, arbitrage strategies, or any other method determined by 88eb to constitute bonus abuse, will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on 88eb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the 88eb system and a unique bet ID has been issued to the user. Bets cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation.
• 88eb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a system malfunction, human error, or data feed failure. The decision to void or honour such bets is made at 88eb's sole discretion.
• In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• For cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), in-play bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant delivery or ball is bowled. Bets placed after the relevant event has occurred will be void.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits apply and are displayed on the relevant market page. 88eb reserves the right to impose individual account limits at its discretion.
• 88eb reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88eb Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any act of deception, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity in connection with your account or any transaction on the Platform.

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Betting on events in which you have directly or indirectly influenced the outcome, or have prior knowledge of a corrupt arrangement affecting the outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Betting Systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, access markets, or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the 88eb Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

88eb is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, 88eb provides the following tools to help users manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you how long you have been actively playing during a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 88eb.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88eb and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any cause beyond 88eb's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and results data.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to comply with your security obligations under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88eb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 88eb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

88eb is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the 88eb Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and fraud prevention.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the Platform's operations.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you under local law.
